Daonda Auto Glass, a brand specializing in auto glass repair and replacement, announced that it has signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with automotive platform company MetaOne. The two companies plan to expand the scope of auto glass services in conjunction with MOTOPAY, a reverse auction platform for automotive products being developed by MetaOne.

The agreement combines Daonda Auto Glass' nationwide branch network with MetaOne's platform technology to make automotive aftercare services more accessible.

MOTOPAY is a reverse auction platform where consumers can request auto parts or maintenance services and multiple vendors can bid for them. Daonda Auto Glass will participate in the auto glass repair and replacement field within the platform, and will provide its existing offline construction experience and service capabilities to platform users.

Through this agreement, the two companies agreed to jointly promote ▲ service integration within the platform, ▲ joint marketing online and offline, ▲ and discover new business models based on the automotive aftermarket. The platform will be launched in the second half of this year and will be operated through cooperation with specialized companies in each field, including Daonda Auto Glass.

“We will provide high-quality professional services to ‘MOTOPAY’ users and introduce differentiated after-sales services in cooperation with MetaOne based on the reverse auction system,” said Lee Jae-chun, CEO of Daonda Auto Glass.

Meanwhile, Daonda Auto Glass is an automotive glass specialty brand with a nationwide franchise network and is strengthening its services in the domestic automotive aftermarket.
