
Daonda Auto Glass Successfully Concludes ‘2025 Second Half Capability Enhancement Workshop’ to Respond to Change
[Current Affairs Magazine] Daonda Auto Glass announced it held its ‘2025 Second Half Job Competency Enhancement Workshop' on August 9-10 to strengthen franchisee capabilities and share business direction.
The workshop began on Day 1 with customer service training and leadership training, followed by a banquet in the evening to facilitate networking among attendees. On Day 2, guidelines for establishing and implementing regulations concerning the selection and operation of outstanding franchise stores were announced, along with the platform business promotion plan.
Additionally, alongside the presentation titled ‘The Arrival of the Certified Parts Era and Changes in the Insurance Repair Market,’ service operation strategies and business implementation plans were also shared.
A representative from Daonda Auto Glass stated, “This workshop will serve as an opportunity to strengthen cooperation between franchisees and headquarters, as well as effectively respond to the changing market environment,” adding, “We will continue to do our utmost to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality through ongoing education and communication.”.
